Firstly Carla and I wanted to thank you for the amazing sailing experience and overnight stay on the harbour we had just after new year. It all started with a sunny sailing afternoon & then a brilliant lightning show & rain that we experienced after dark which was extraordinary, so all credit to you for organising that for us!

It really felt like we were out sailing with a mate. The relaxed approach you provide, the great food and the casual and warm service overall was exactly what we were after. Due to the weather turning a bit wet, we appreciated of your own calling to coming back out to us in the rain after we'd moored for the night to move the boat closer to shore out of the wind for us so we'd be more comfortable overnight! That attention to detail and service stands you out.

Tim, everything was great and Carla and I are telling everyone about your website and our experience. We'll see you again for sure!

Hi Tim, The romantic getaway was a wonderful experience and was the perfect birthday present for my husband. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The day was perfect for sailing out on the harbour and we were both surprised by the serenity of staying overnight on the yacht in the secluded spot you chose for us. The seafoord bbq dinner was absolutely divine and the breakfast was literally a banquet. Thank you so much for the memorable experience, especially with the kind gesture to my last minute request.

I have always wanted to sail around Sydney Harbour but never fancied the big tourist cruises...to me it had to be magical because to see the amazing Icons the harbour offer, I just had to do it in style. Champagne Sailing offered a private, fun, friendly, professional sail around the harbour for non-skippers such as ourselves. Additionally we arranged a seafood lunch inclusive which was simple, fresh and tasty and no better way to enjoy it than anchored in on one the secluded bays. I would describe sailing around Sydney Harbour is kind of like an afternoon of Water-Alfresco watching the water-life go by. We could not predict the perfect weather and even sailed through a short storm but this just added to the experience....in fact my husband thought that was the best bit!

Juliet and Tim are great hosts and will try very hard to make your sail how you imagined it would be!!

I booked a yacht with Champagne Sailing for my 25th birthday with 6 friends. We had a blast, the yacht was beautiful and the food was great! But the reason I would recommend these guys is that the day I booked it on originally it was raining - and they rang me up on the morning and offered alternative times I could book so that I'd have a better day in the sunshine... And I did, it was fabulous! Not to mention our great skipper who was friendly and fun as a host.

I booked 'The Romantic overnight package' as a surprise for my girlfriend during a trip to Australia in September 2007. Whilst on the yacht, I planned to propose to her. Due to this, before we left the UK, I exchanged many emails with Tim who was most helpful in suggesting a romantic plan - making use of the main sail to write the proposal on! The trip itself was everything we could have hoped for and the service, yacht and the friendliness of staff was second to none. Tims extensive knowledge of the area ensured he found us the perfect spot to stay overnight . We still talk about waking up on the yacht in a secluded bay with still waters and nothing but the distant noise of the local wildlife! We were left to spend a wonderful morning together on the yacht before Tim returned to take us on a leisurely trip back into the main harbour - with the sail open displaying the proposal! Champagne sailing provided us with excellent food and champagne and we found it was great fun to have an onboard BBQ! We cannot fault Champagne Sailing from start to finish. I had no concerns in organising the trip from the UK via email and was right to have had every confidence that Tim would provide the service he had promised. And to make it even better, she accepted my proposal!

Dear Tim & Juliet,
Thank you for making Robb’s birthday one of the best days ever, the weather was absolutely great and the yacht was everything to my expectations. The food and wine was a great touch as we could eat and cook at our leisure and also enjoy a nice glass of wine, watching the sun go down. Being moored near the zoo to relax could not have been better; the privacy with the Sydney Harbour Bridge and opera house in view was the perfect scene. Whilst winding down and enjoying the cheese platter under the stars the fireworks in the Harbour was just a bonus, the yacht was equipped with everything we needed and sleeping was very comfortable. In the morning we had plenty of time to enjoy the sun with a lovely breakfast followed by a swim in the Harbour. Your email replies were prompt and that little bit of extra effort to made the day special did count. We had enough time to enjoy the next day and also the sail back to reality was fantastic.

Thank you so much again for really making an experience memorable. Your efforts and service was up there with the best we would have no problems in recommending you. I hope to discuss your services with Tourism NSW to help promote a fantastic weekend in Sydney.

Thank you for a fantastic 4 hour charter yesterday. I can't express enough how thrilled I was with the day. Perfect weather, perfect scenery, a perfect boat and an engaging experience :). Thank you for the seamless execution of your role in my proposal to my fiance'. It's a day that neither of us will ever forget.
